And, before I became a health coach I made EVERY mistake in the book ...

  • I hopped from one fad diet after another to lose weight fast ONLY to put it back on (PLUS SOME) just as fast.
  • I exercised for hours in the gym believing that the longer I worked out the more fat I would burn.
  • I followed one fitspiration after another hoping that looking at what I thought was the 'perfect' body would inspire me to lose weight faster. 

But, all the diets, workouts, and comparison did was harm my self-worth.

Like many "Professional Dieters" ...

I found myself frustrated that no matter what I tried, nothing worked and it only was contributing to making things worst. So I decided it was time to give up on:

Calorie restrictive diets that left me feeling excessively fatigued.

Instead, I started making changes to my diet that allowed me to reduce my calories naturally by eating more real, whole, minimally processed foods. 

Overly priced supplements that didn't work.

Rather than depend on supplementation, I addressed the root of the problem which was the lack of nutritionally rich foods in my daily diet.

Unhealthy habits that helped me gain all the weight back.

By implementing small changes to my lifestyle, little-by-little I was able to make smarter choices food, exercise, and lifestyle choices. 

In the process I've learned how to create a personalized nutrition plan that fits my lifestyle ...

As a results, I've been able to:

  • Utilize real, whole foods to promote my body's natural detoxification process.
  • Kickstart weight loss by developing healthy eating and lifestyle habits that stick. 
  • Reset my taste buds so I can easily slim my waist one bite at a time with healthy foods that actually taste good!
