In this 90-minute call, we'll work together to design a fitness plan that takes into account all aspects of your life. We'll consider your goals, schedule, and any other factors that will affect your ability to stick with a plan. You'll walk away with a plan that is customized just for you and that will give you the sustainable long-term results you're looking for.

What we'll cover during this call:

  • First, we'll work together to uncover your fitness goals and why achieving them is important to you.
  • Next, we'll discuss where you currently are on your fitness journey, and the actions that you've taken to get here.
  • Then, we'll discuss what you've tried in the past and the roadblocks that have kept you from achieving your goals.
  • After assessing what we've covered so far, I'll provide recommendations on the next steps you can take to achieve your goals.
  • Following agreement on the next steps, I'll follow up via email with your personalized fitness plan based on the recommendations we've agreed upon.
