Your Mindful Eating Journey Starts Now

For one payment of $104, you’ll receive one follow up session over the course of our time together.

During your initial consultation, we’ll go in-depth into your health and diet history, current eating behavior, and lifestyle to understand your unique needs. We’ll talk about your goals, what success looks like for you, and then I’ll provide personalized recommendations that will best support you.

After your initial consultation, we’ll meet once via video conference to see how the plan is working for you, work through barriers and make adjustments as needed.

This Package Also Includes:

  • Personalized Nutrition Plan: Following your initial consultation, I’ll email you a recap of your session which includes a personalized nutrition plan that provides you with specific mindful eating techniques to implement that will help you move towards your goals.
  • Tools and Resources: After each session, you’ll get an email recap including notes from the call along with additional resources as needed to help you implement the recommendations between our sessions.
  • Personalized Recipe Book: I’ll create a personalized recipe book full of healthy meal ideas that meet your needs based on your eating style, food preferences, and lifestyle.
  • Text Message and Email Support: As long as we’re working together, you’ll have support and guidance including text message and email support for any questions or concerns that come up in between our sessions.
