I became a health coach because I know what it's like to feel like you're not good enough. For years I struggled with disordered eating, exercise addiction, and a negative body image. I was always trying to be something or something else.

Nowadays, my mission is to help women improve their body image and self-esteem with a weight-inclusive approach to health.
