1/4 cup Quinoa

1/2 cup Water

1 1/2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 lb Ground Turkey

2 Teaspoons Curry Powder

Dash of Cayenne Pepper

Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)

1 1/2 Teaspoons Minced Ginger

New Jersey Style Instant Pot Italian Hotdogs

Looking for a delicious (healthy-ish) meal you can easily whip up in the Instant Pot? Well, I've got the perfect recipe for you!

Growing up in the "melting pot" of New Jersey, I've learned to love so many different types of foods. From Jamaican to Japanese to Italian, I couldn't get enough of the delicious flavors that I tasted in every bite as a kid. 

One thing that I've grown to miss now living in Boston is an old childhood favorite from Jimmy Buff's, one of my favorite restaurants as a kid. And, that's an Italian hotdog! 

If you've never had one, you're missing out. The Italian Hotdog is simple. What it is, is a pita shaped roll stuffed with hotdogs (and sausage if you want to make it a double), fried potatoes, onions, and peppers with mustard and ketchup. 

Or, as I like to call it, Heaven in your mouth! 

Since I don't get to visit New Jersey too often, I like to whip this up in my kitchen from time to time. And, I thought, why not share this delicious recipe...
