Ingredients  

 

2 Sweet Potatoes 

3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar

1 cup Chopped Cilantro

1/4 cup Fresh Oregano

4 Minced Garlic Cloves

1 tsp Sea Salt

1 lb Chicken Breast 

Cooking Spray

Directions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
