With summer fastly approaching one of the things that I get really excited about is summer barbeques. From the delicious potato salad to the perfectly grilled burgers, I just can't help but get excited when I smell charcoal.

Growing up in the "melting pot" of New Jersey, I've learned to love so many different types of foods. From Jamaican to Japanese to Italian, I couldn't get enough of the delicious flavors that I tasted in every bite as a kid.
One thing that I've grown to miss now living in Boston is an old childhood favorite from Jimmy Buff's, one of my favorite restaurants as a kid. And, that's an Italian hotdog!

Or, as I like to call it, Heaven in your mouth!
Since I don't get to visit New Jersey too often, I like to whip this up in my kitchen from time to time. And, I thought, why not share this delicious recipe...
