BREADED LEMON PEPPER SALMON WITH CAESAR SALAD

Want to eat healthy, but don’t have much time? Try this delicious Breaded Lemon Pepper Salmon with Caesar Salad for a quick meal you can have ready for in minutes!

SALMON INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb Salmon
  • Juice of 2 Lemons
  • 1-2 Tbsps Coconut Oil
  • 1 Egg (optional)
  • 1 ½ cups Gluten-Free Bread Crumbs
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

SALAD INGREDIENTS:

  • Juice of 2 Lemons
  • ¼ cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Capers
  • 3-4 cups Spinach
  • 1 Sliced Tomato
  • ½ Sliced Yellow Onion
  • 1 Sliced Cucumber
  • ¼ cup Vegan Parmesan Cheese (optional)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
