When I don't have a lot of time for meal prep one of my favorite styles of cooking is sheet pan dinners. With sheet pan meals all, you have to do is preheat your oven, spread your ingredients on your sheet pan, throw in some delicious seasoning, throw your sheet pan in the oven and come back to a delicious meal!
