INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp Avocado oil, divided 
  • 1 Sweet potato
  • 2 tsps Arrowroot starch 
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp Parsley
  • 1 tbsp + 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp + 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp + 1/2 tsp Salt 
  • 1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 lb Ground beef

TOOLS NEEDED

  • Baking sheet
  • Chefs knife
