SERVES: 4 | PREP TIME: 5 Mins | COOK TIME:  20 Mins |  TOTAL TIME: 25 Mins


  • Cooking spray
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar 
  • 1 tbsp Coconut aminos
  • 5 Bacon slices
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 Chopped carrot
  • 3 Minced garlic cloves
  • 2 lbs Ground beef


  • Chefs knife
  • Cooking utensils
  • Cutting board
  • Loaf pan
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • 2 Mixing bowls (small and large)
  • Oven


  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray
  2. Combine salt, garlic powder, maple syrup, vinegar, and coconut aminos in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. Combine bacon, onion, carrot, garlic, and beef in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Move the meat mixture into the pan and form into a loaf.
  5. Bake 1 hour.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
