SERVES: 4 | PREP TIME: 5 Mins | COOK TIME:  10 Mins |  TOTAL TIME: 15 Mins


  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil, divided
  • 4 Minced garlic cloves
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1 pk Cauliflower rice
  • 3 Thinly sliced green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Chefs Knife
  • Cooking Utensils
  • Cutting Board
  • Measuring Cups and Spoons
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Oven
  • Skillet


  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add 1 tbsp oil and saute garlic cloves for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add beef, breaking up into bite-sized pieces, and cooking until browned.
  4. In a bowl combine coconut aminos, maple syrup, ginger, and the remaining olive oil.
  5. Pour sauce over the beef and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook until heated through.
  7. Serve with cauliflower rice and garnish with green onions.
